PHI TRAN

Phi Tran currently serves in the United States Air Force as a nurse leader in a management role in California. Born in Vietnam, she immigrated to the United States at the age of 11—an experience that shaped her deep commitment to service, resilience, and community impact.

Phi is passionate about giving back and inspiring youth to envision a brighter future. She is the co-founder and President of Fostering Our Youth, where she works to empower and support young people through mentorship and opportunity. She is also actively involved with Legacy Flight Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to introducing youth to aviation while honoring the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen.
